This Privacy Policy describes how Since Kindly Inc., a Delaware corporation with offices at 1151 Walker Rd, Ste 100, PMB 615, Dover, DE 19904 ("Since Kindly", "we", "us"), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you access or use the today ai website (currently oneintent.today), the today ai mobile application for iOS, and any related online products and services we operate (together, the "Services"). For purposes of EU/UK/Swiss data-protection law, Since Kindly is the data controller for the personal data described below.
We use the information described above to:
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third-party advertising networks for behavioral or cross-context advertising.
Some features of today ai are powered by third-party large-language-model providers (currently Anthropic Claude). When you use these features, the text you submit and the context we attach to it (such as your selected intention area or quiz answers, when relevant) are transmitted to the model provider for processing. We use Anthropic under their commercial API terms, which provide that your inputs and outputs are not used to train their public models. We do not knowingly send special-category personal data (such as sensitive health, racial, religious, or biometric data) to the AI provider; please avoid putting that kind of information into AI prompts.
We share information only as described below:
Our website uses a small number of first-party cookies and local-storage entries to remember your funnel progress, language, and analytics ID. Our analytics provider (PostHog) sets a first-party identifier to count returning visitors. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; doing so may break parts of the Services.
We keep your data while your account is active. If you close your account or ask us to delete it, we erase personal identifiers within 30 days, except where we are required or permitted to retain certain information for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal-defense purposes. Aggregated, non-identifying data may be retained indefinitely for analytics.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest where supported by our providers, access controls, and logging. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you as required by law.
Since Kindly is based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and, depending on the provider, other countries. For transfers of personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to the United States, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, email support@oneintent.today with the subject "Privacy request" and tell us which right you wish to exercise. We will respond within 30 days (or such other period as required by applicable law). We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.
You have the rights listed above, plus the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We have collected the following categories of personal information about California residents in the past 12 months: identifiers (name, email, IP address, device identifiers), commercial information (subscription history), internet and electronic-network activity (usage data), approximate geolocation (from IP), and other information you voluntarily provide (such as quiz answers and journal entries). We do not "sell" personal information, nor do we "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law. We retain personal information for the periods described in Section 7. We do not have actual knowledge of any "sale" of personal information of California residents under 16 years of age.
Virginia consumers have the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of their personal data, and to opt out of (i) targeted advertising, (ii) the sale of personal data, and (iii) profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We do not currently engage in any of those activities with respect to your personal data. You may appeal a refusal to act on your request by replying to our denial email; if you remain dissatisfied, you may contact the Virginia Attorney General at oag.state.va.us.
Nevada residents have the right to opt out of the future "sale" of certain personal information under NRS 603A. We do not currently sell personal information as defined under Nevada law; if that changes, we will provide an opt-out mechanism here and in-app. To submit a request, email support@oneintent.today with the subject "Nevada opt-out".
You may lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. The legal bases on which we process your data are listed alongside each purpose in Section 3.
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided us with personal data may contact support@oneintent.today.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (such as an email or in-app notification). Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
