This Subscription Policy describes the terms applicable to the paid plans for the today ai service operated by Since Kindly Inc. ("we", "us"). It supplements our Terms of Use; in case of any conflict, the Terms of Use control. By starting a Subscription, you agree to the terms set out here and at checkout.
today ai is offered as a recurring subscription with three plan cadences. Each plan is sold with a one-time introductory price, after which the plan auto-renews at the displayed full price until you cancel. Pricing displayed at checkout is the controlling price for your purchase; the table below reflects current standard pricing in US dollars.

Pricing may differ in countries where local taxes (e.g. VAT, GST, sales tax) apply; the final amount charged is always disclosed at checkout. We may change renewal pricing for future renewal periods and, where required by law or platform rules, will give you advance notice and an opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.
You can purchase a Subscription one of two ways:
The way you originally subscribed determines how you cancel and where you request refunds — see Sections 4 and 5.
You can cancel a Subscription at any time, but to avoid the next renewal charge you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period (this matches Apple App Store rules and the same 24-hour window applies to our direct Stripe subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep full access until that date and will not be charged again. Important: simply deleting the today ai app from your device does not cancel your subscription — you must use one of the methods below.
Apple does not allow us to cancel App Store subscriptions on your behalf. If you can't access your Apple ID, contact Apple Support for help.
If you purchased directly from us and you're unhappy with your Subscription, contact support@oneintent.today within 14 days of your initial charge or any renewal charge and we will issue a full refund of that charge. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion — we read every message and try to make things right where the circumstances warrant it.
Refund requests for in-app purchases are handled by Apple under their App Store policies. Submit a request at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can document your usage and advocate on your behalf, but we cannot directly issue or guarantee an App Store refund.
Nothing in this Policy limits any statutory right of withdrawal or refund you may have under your local law. If you are an EU/UK consumer with a statutory withdrawal right, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase, except where you have asked us to begin providing the Service during the withdrawal period and we have done so, in which case you waive the withdrawal right to the extent the Service has been provided.
From time to time we may offer free trials, discount codes, gift codes, or promotional pricing. The terms applicable to each offer are presented at the time of redemption. Unless we say otherwise:
You can switch between plans by cancelling your current Subscription and starting a new one at the desired cadence. If you upgrade or downgrade through the Apple App Store, Apple's proration rules apply; through Stripe, the new plan begins at your next renewal date unless you contact support to start it sooner.
If a renewal payment fails (for example because your card expired or was declined), we will retry the charge a small number of times over the following days and may send you reminder emails to update your payment method. If we cannot collect payment, your access to paid features will be paused and your Subscription will lapse. You can restart anytime by signing back in and selecting a plan.
Direct (Stripe) subscriptions are for personal, single-user use. Apple App Store subscriptions may, where supported by Apple, be eligible for Family Sharing in accordance with Apple's rules. We do not currently offer multi-user team plans.
We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, give you advance notice (for example, by email or in-app message). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
